Emma is a leading solicitor in mental capacity law, specialising in Court of Protection health and welfare / property and financial affairs, and social care.

Emma started her career as a barrister in 2007 and worked for various government regulatory departments, cross-qualifying as a solicitor.

Emma was first ranked in Chambers and Partners in 2012 for her expertise and noted as a ‘star associate’ for Court of Protection UK-wide. She is also recognised as an Accredited Legal Representative (ALR) by the Law Society.
